Priority scheduling: Synergy will place a priority on contractor work schedules.
Sampling: Synergy will assist in the gathering and sampling of suspect building material scheduled to be disturbed or removed. While we don’t charge for this service; we will pass on the laboratory fees.
Synergy can also assist contractors with soft demolition of non-hazardous building materials.
EPA Lead Certified assistance: Though you may be an EPA Lead Certified Contractor, Synergy can assist with both minor and major lead remediation work for a more economical cost.
